Verification of reviews on the e-shop

Ratings with the Verified review badge come from customers who have proven to have purchased the rated product from us in the past.

We match orders with the account of the registered user who purchased the product or with the email of the customer who rated the product based on the email prompt received after purchasing the product. For other reviews without a badge, we cannot verify the purchase, but they are from registered customers.

We calculate the overall rating by the arithmetic mean of all product ratings. We do not delete any reviews and display all positive and negative reviews.
