Returning goods
The product purchased through our online store does not meet your expectations? Then you have the option to return it without giving reasons within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Even for these cases, we have a protocol to solve it simply and quickly without your additional costs
Fill out the Consumer withdrawal from the purchase contract - send it by email (eshop@muckynutz.eu) or attach it to the product
Pack the goods carefully. Ideally, pack it in its original packaging. Do not forget to enclose the Withdrawal if you did not send it by email
We will send you a special code for the PACKETA drop-off, where you can take the goods
At the checkout, just mention that you are sending a "RETURN" and tell them the special code - they will print the label themselves and give you a receipt for the received shipment to sign
The product is purchased with a registration number, can I withdraw from the purchase contract?
If you are an entrepreneur, i.e. a legal entity or a person who ordered the goods as part of their business activity or as part of their independent performance of a profession, the legal possibility of withdrawing from the purchase contract within 14 days does not apply to you. When you contact us, we can propose a different form of solution after an individual assessment. Therefore, please contact us.
Damaged goods
Have you unpacked your shipment and discovered that the goods are damaged? Report this event immediately using one of the methods below. It is true that the sooner the better, it will make it easier for us to check all possible scenarios when the goods were damaged and how.
We are most interested in:
- order number
- photo documentation (product, shipment packaging)
- description and extent of damage and the circumstances of handover and discovery of damage
- if the package you receive from the carrier has visibly damaged packaging, this does not necessarily mean that the product itself is damaged. We pack in bubble wrap. You can take over the shipment, but write a DAMAGE RECORD with the driver in the TRANSPORT PROTOCOL. Shipments are insured for the value of the goods.
- if you are in doubt as to whether the product inside the package is in order, DO NOT accept the shipment from the carrier and contact us. We will send you a new product and we, as their customer, will handle the complaint for you and the carrier.

We are sorry that the shipment arrived incomplete due to our mistake. The solution is, however, simple. Please contact us by phone and we will check and solve the whole situation. Missing goods will be sent to you at our expense.

Exchange of goods
Were you delivered goods other than what you ordered? Agrr, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please return the incorrect product to us. It won't cost you even 1 Euro extra.
We have a protocol for these cases on how to proceed.
