First about the guys from Sheffield (UK), who started it.

Mucky Nutz was founded by a group of friends in early 2009 who share a common hobby – mountain bikes.

Around Sheffield, there are plenty of trails and suitable conditions for cycling, but the whole area is affected by the incoming weather from the coast and therefore it is very often rainy and wet. Mud that you can't even dream of, and sometimes not only mud, but also extremes from the sheep that graze freely everywhere. And so when they always came home as dirty as pigs, it occurred to them that they should invent something unique, original, and easy.

Most of them work in the aircraft or automotive industry and thus design or solve the technical aspects of their products, both in terms of functionality and design. And so they decided to focus on what bothers every biker - a cyclist. Sometimes they manage to come up with a revolutionary idea, sometimes it is a matter of modifying the design or combining technical requirements, weight, etc.

They know that selling these products will not make them millionaires. They all work in their denim jobs, but they still want to contribute their little bit to the mill so that their products are not only for them and their loved ones.

They care about quality, good service and they don't want to support the economy of the East, so they introduced production only Made in UK.

In England they are successful in selling their products because the mud is really mud there and they like their products. Reviews on cycling websites have done their part and their products have found their customers.

And here we come. People also interested in cycling, mountain bikes, nature trips. I myself have tried several types of fenders, but I have never been satisfied with any of them. Until I came across Butt Fender and Bender Fender and that was the end of the problem. The unique design, technical perfection of the product, ease of assembly and light weight overshadowed the price of the product. We believe that good ideas should be paid for to help further development.
